La Bottega – Kitchen Assistant

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

Experience in pizza preparation.

Previous experience in a kitchen environment.

Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations.

Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods.

Good organizational skills and attention to cleanliness.

Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.

We are looking to hire a hardworking Kitchen Assistant to support daily kitchen operations, with a particular focus on pizza preparation. Responsibilities include assisting the pizzaiolo, preparing ingredients, organizing deliveries, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, and ensuring all food is stored correctly. The role also involves keeping work areas clean and supporting the team to ensure smooth service.
