Key Responsibilities

  • Cook: Prepare daily menus (menú del día), à la carte dishes, and pintxos/brochetas that capture the essence of traditional Basque cooking.
  • Coordinate and train the kitchen team, ensuring consistency across the bar and dining area.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver a complete and authentic gastronomic experience.
