At IBAI (1 Michelin) in San Sebastián, we are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team for the 2026 season.
IBAI is a kitchen where product, technique and respect for ingredients define our daily work.

We are looking for chefs who:

• Have experience in Michelin-starred restaurants or fine dining
• Work with precision, discipline and passion
• Enjoy working in a demanding team environment
• Are eager to grow and continue learning
