La Bottega – Floor Manager

At Paulo Airaudo Group, we are constantly growing and are currently looking for a Floor Manager to join us for the reopening of Bottega.

We are seeking a candidate with a passion for gastronomy, sharp attention to detail, and a true vocation for creating memorable experiences for every guest.

Your Mission: You will lead the front-of-house team, ensuring impeccable service and maximum guest satisfaction, in line with the group’s high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and supervise the daily floor service.

Lead, motivate, and train the front-of-house team.

Collaborate closely with the kitchen and management to deliver a seamless experience.

Manage reservations, shifts, and team objectives.

Ensure compliance with the group’s operational standards.

The Profile We Are Looking For:

Proven experience as a Floor Manager or Head Waiter.

Language skills (English and French are highly valued).

Strong leadership, organizational, and teamwork abilities.

Proactive attitude, guest-oriented, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
