Restaurant Manager (Responsable de Sala)
Assistant Restaurant Manager (2ยบ Responsable de Sala)
We are seeking professionals with a passion for gastronomy, a keen eye for detail, and a vocation for creating memorable experiences for every guest.
Your Mission: You will be a key part of the dining room team, leading or supporting daily operations to guarantee impeccable service and maximum guest satisfaction, always in line with the group’s standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and supervise floor service.
Lead, motivate, and train the team (depending on the position).
Collaborate closely with the kitchen and management teams.
Manage reservations, shifts, and daily operations.
Ensure full compliance with the group’s quality standards.
For the Assistant role: Provide direct support to the Floor Manager.
The Ideal Profile:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager.
Strong leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills.
Language skills (English and French are highly valued).
Wine knowledge is a significant plus.
Proactive attitude, guest-oriented mindset, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
