The Bar Ibai and its return is a very personal project of Paulo who was a regular customer since his arrival in the city to open Amelia restaurant, in 2017. The reopening is the personal commitment to give continuity to traditional and seasonal cuisine, selecting and purchasing the best raw materials daily in the local markets.
